Hey, I'm your coach, Brittney.
I'm co-founder of Pretty Healthy Family and creator of the workouts and nutrition guidance that'll transform not just your body, but your life.
I've spent the last decade working with clients in person and online to help them achieve their health goals. I grew up playing every sport available and that eventually led me to coaching CrossFit for over 5 years, a sport that tries to maximize your health potential. After a few years, I started diving into more of a hybrid approach, leaning into bodybuilding and long-endurance sports. The massive amount of in-person training and personal experience has given me the perspective I needed to put plans together that are tough but doable and won’t burn you out.
Now that I have kids of my own and a thriving coaching business, I’m focused on providing workouts and resources that are efficient and effective. We focus on tools to help people reach their goals that are practical for their busy lives and responsibilities. I guarantee you’ll see results and can’t wait to meet you in our program.
